Smoked Salmon Pâté

Whip butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.

Purée the salmon in a food processor until just nicely chopped.  Combine with butter-cream cheese mixture.  Add onions, chives, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, and pepper.  Combine a little at a time, so that you can adjust amounts to taste.
